Not a placement service

We work for your family, not for facilities.

Many free "senior care advisor" services earn money when a facility signs you up. NestWell360 is built the other way around.

Sound familiar?

Care gets hard fast. Keeping track of it shouldn't.

A new diagnosis, then a flood of appointments

Specialists, scans, pharmacies and treatment choices. Each one has its own phone number, portal and paperwork.

Benefits nobody told you about

Veterans' benefits, Medicaid programs and financial help often go unclaimed because families never hear about them.

Paperwork after a death

Death certificates, creditors, accounts and survivor benefits. All of it lands on you while you are grieving.

Siblings trying to coordinate

Group texts, missed calls and one person carrying most of the load. Everyone wants to help, but nobody sees the whole picture.

Who it's for

Care is not only about getting older

NestWell360 is built for families arranging care for someone of any age, and for people planning their own.

An aging parent

A smiling older woman in a wheelchair holds an open book.

Help at home, a move to assisted living, or memory care. See the options and what each one costs.

A younger adult

A smiling young man in a wheelchair by a pond in a park.

After a disability, injury or illness. Work, income, coverage and independence, explained for people under 65.

A child with complex needs

A smiling mother hugs her son, who sits in a wheelchair outdoors.

Autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, cancer and other disabilities or serious illnesses: therapies, school and benefits.

After a loss

Two older women rest their hands on a casket in a quiet church.

When a spouse or parent dies. What to do first, who to call, how to handle creditors and survivor benefits.

Veterans and their families

A man pushes his father in a wheelchair while a doctor talks with them in a clinic hallway.

VA health care, pensions, Aid and Attendance and survivor benefits, plus how to get a DD-214.

Caring from another state

Help a parent, sibling or other relative from far away, and keep the family member who lives close from doing it all alone.

Planning ahead

Parents doing well but getting older, or planning for yourself. Talk early, sign the key documents and line up help before you need it.

Mental health and addiction

A woman rests a comforting hand on a friend's shoulder during a session with a counselor.

A mental health crisis, or someone struggling with alcohol or drugs, at any age. What to do now, how to stay safe, and support for the family.

Facing a serious illness

A man gently rests his hand on the head of a woman lying in a hospital bed with an oxygen mask.

Palliative care and hospice in plain English, and how to prepare for the end of life, for yourself or someone you love.

Built from experience

We built this because we needed it

NestWell360 is the single place one family wished they had.
A doctor and nurse talk with an older man in a hospital bed while his family listens.

When our founder's mother was diagnosed with cancer, the family tried to keep up with everything at once: appointments, medications, providers, treatment options, clinical trials, financial help and creditors. Notes lived in phones, folders and memory.

Later, their father died. He was a U.S. Navy veteran who served during the Korean War, and the family had no idea what VA benefits existed or how to ask for them.

Through all of it, the founder and their sister struggled to stay on the same page from different places. NestWell360 brings what they learned into one calm, shared place, so the next family can spend less time searching and more time with the person they love.

FAQ

Questions families ask us

Is NestWell360 a placement service?

No. We do not place people in facilities and we take no referral fees. Our job is to help you understand every option, including care at home, and to keep your plan organized.

Is my information private?

Yes. We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with facilities or advertisers. You decide which family members can see your plan. Read our privacy summary.

Are the templates legal documents?

No. NestWell360 is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Templates are worksheets and sample letters to help you prepare. Laws differ by state; have an attorney review any legal document before it is signed.

My parents are doing well. Is it too early to plan?

No, it's the best time. While everyone is healthy, your parents can say what they want, sign the documents that let family help later, and look at options calmly. The guide has a step-by-step plan for getting ahead, and you can come back to it once a year.

Does NestWell360 help with hospice and end-of-life planning?

Yes. The guide explains palliative care and hospice in plain English: who qualifies, what Medicare covers, what it doesn't, and how to choose a hospice. It also walks you through preparing for the end of life, whether for yourself or someone you love: medical wishes, a POLST, money and property, and funeral wishes. The Care Hub keeps the hospice team, medications and documents in one place for the whole family.

Can my family see our plan?

With NestWell360 Plus, you can invite up to 6 family members. Coordinators can add and edit things like appointments and tasks. Viewers can see updates without changing anything.

What does a care advisor do?

A care advisor talks with you by phone or video. They can help you plan care, prepare for a hospital discharge, or sort out benefits. NestWell360 Plus includes one 30-minute call each quarter, and you can add longer sessions any time.

Care advisors provide guidance and coordination, not medical diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, call 911.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The free trial needs no card and ends on its own, so there's nothing to cancel and you won't be charged. Your free tools stay available after it ends.

Does NestWell360 work for someone under 65?

Yes. NestWell360 is built for any age. There are guides for younger adults with a disability, injury or illness, for children with complex medical needs, and for families after a death.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. The care check, personal guide, tutorials, Toolkit guides, glossary, resource directory and cost comparison are free. No card, no trial clock, and no one calling you.

You don't have to hold it all in your head
